If you want to make the most of this challenge, here are a few of my best tips:

  1. Set aside a block of time each day.

    Depending on your schedule it might be helpful to do the same time every day! Have you heard of the Miracle Morning?

  2. Don't be too hard on yourself!

    If you miss a day you can always catch up…..just remember, the idea is to make these daily tasks a PRIORITY!

  3. Invite a friend.

    It's always great to have an accountability partner! Find someone who can commit to the challenge with you so you motivate each other along the way.

  4. Last, and most important, have FUN with it!

    You're always more likely to stick with something you enjoy.
